Photography helps tell our story, express KU spirit, and provide a sense of place. Successful images include elements of community, energy, and verticality — preferably all three. Consider photographs from KU’s digital collection before using self-shot or stock photography.

Units may acquire university images for use in promoting KU through several campus outlets:
Campus photography
Marketing Communications creates collections of photographs taken by our photographers for official university use.
