Studio portraits

Portrait Day schedule

Portrait Day is typically scheduled once a month during the fall and spring semesters. KU Marketing will send email invitations when the sign-up opens for each event.

Portrait eligibility

KU community members who are eligible for portraits include:

• Current faculty, deans, directors, and more senior administrators
• Subjects of national news stories released by KU News
• National scholarship recipients supported by the University Honors Program

Portrait delivery

About two weeks after your portrait is taken, KU Marketing will send a proof sheet with a few options. After you have selected one, we will edit the final portrait within a month and send you a link to the final portrait JPEG for download.
