How to upload your customized KU background image to Zoom meeting rooms:

  1. Log in to the KU Zoom web portal. Go to Settings and enable Virtual Backgrounds (if it isn’t already).
  2. Join in or start a new Zoom meeting.
  3. Once in the meeting, click ^ next to Start Video. Select Choose Virtual Background.
  4. This will open a new window with default background images. To upload a new image, click +.
  5. Select your image and click Open.
